En Transit offers coaching to help families sort through these issues at their own pace, in their own style and according to their needs. En Transit's approach to coaching is based on the belief that people themselves are best suited to decide what they need and how to approach it. En Transit creates a space free of judgment and stays away from formulating an opinion or giving advice, unless specifically requested, in order to help coachees stay true to themselves and move forward. A coach facilitates an inner dialogue and helps individuals dig deeper into themselves so they can understand where they are coming from, what is important to them, what they believe in and find ways to approach life’s challenges in a way that makes sense to them. Coaching puts the person or family being coached in the driving seat.
