Our core business at Enable Assets involves many things which include working with clients to establish their growth, contraction and restructuring needs. We also develop transactions that meet the clients' needs. We do valuation of companies to find the price at which the transaction will be done. We develop funding structures; identifying financiers and negotiating terms with them and raising the requisite financing typically privately. We lead negotiations with other parties on behalf of the clients and it is also our job to co-ordinate other professional firms' delivery of their respective services into the transactions that we lead from due diligence to transaction documentation and other regulatory processes. At Enable Assets we seek to align our interests and those of entrepreneurs in achieving our collective goals. We invest in businesses that have a brilliant concept, product or technology and an identifiable point of competitive advantage, but most importantly we invest in and accelerate businesses that are run by outstanding people or teams of people. We recently reached financial close for a US$ 2.1 million investment into a frozen foods business and are currently raising funds for a major player in downstream oil & gas in East Africa, a pan-African content provider for media and a logistics & mining company.
