Enable Business Consulting focuses on business owners looking to increase the value of their company through strategic growth, organic restructuring and acquisition. We assist owners in preparing their businesses for sale. Creating multi year exit plans to make acquisition as easy as possible at a realistic price. We do this through evaluating the business across eight key areas, recommending changes to enhance value and saleability and assisting in implementing those changes where appropriate. In 2022 we are launching an E-Learning program for owners looking to sell their business. The Savvy Business Seller program takes owners through the evaluation process and with the aid of coursework, checklists and templates allows them to create their own roadmap to becoming 'Sale Ready'.
