Enchanted Homes began as a custom home building company in the Pacific Northwest, in 1983. The Southern Carolina division opened in 2005 and was bought by the current owner in 2007. Since then, Enchanted Homes has grown to be a prominent builder in the Upstate. We are proud to be locally owned, working with local suppliers and subcontractors. Building with quality materials, constructing with attention to detail in every step, and using our convenient layouts with unique architecture creates the distinguished product we strive for.
