Encon" LLC is an independent engineering and consulting company founded in 2006.The company provides engineering, design, consulting services, architectural/technical supervision services; as well as services for the development and operation of products in the following areas: buildings and structures, urban design and planning, building design and construction, water supply and drainage, heating and ventilation, environment, sanitation and hygiene; management consulting; project management; carrying out engineering and geodetic surveys, urban planning and design and survey work, cost calculations; providing environmental and social consulting services to the public and private sectors. Our company provides qualified consulting services on all aspects of the design and rehabilitation of housing and civil construction projects, as well as internal and external engineering and technical communications of buildings and structures. Our specialists conduct technical expertise in all of the above work, and we are also able to take on the development of any of the stages of the project, from performing strategic research and developing a feasibility study to the stage of developing working documentation, preparing tender documentation, preparing for procurement, assistance in conducting procurement, as well as performing architectural and technical supervision in construction.
