Encourage Credit is a company registered under the companies act no 7 of 2007, to carry on the business of money lending, promote loan products, recovery, commercial counseling, recruit officers, grant loan facilities and advances and daily, monthly or periodically collection of such lending’s, loans and advances and does not engaged in mobilizing public deposits. The company commenced operations in 2015 April. Encourage Credit, We provides financial services to low income customers in rural areas who seek self employment, and traditionally lack access to banking and related services. These loans are granted by the company without the guarantee of any collateral on specified repayment bases. The company initially started the operations at a very small scale and the loans were mainly given to known parties in the area. But with the overwhelming demand and the positive repayment capacity of the borrowers tend to expand the operations further within a very short span and adding a higher number of clientele in to the product port folio. The aim of the company to empower and uplift financially vulnerable segment of the population in the area, leading to higher standards of education and living and an increased quality of life throughout the country.
