After a substantial tenure with the South Australian government Infrastructure Agency delivering major building projects for the state, followed by senior management roles within private sector, has established her brand within project management space in South Australia. Recent clients include Flinders University, Australian Naval Infrastructure (ANI) and state government. With significant major projects under her belt including SAHMRI, various Hospital Redevelopments, Public and Civic buildings, experience across a broad range of Government Projects, her expertise in assessing and mitigating risks helps her clients sleep at night. Best known for thinking outside the box to achieve exceptional project outcomes, Augusta has the experience and know-how to make sound professional judgements of project risks and to implement break-through mitigation strategies. With a long list of qualifications, including a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and an Advanced Diploma of Management, Augusta pairs this with more than 25 years’ industry experience.
