We recognize that the direct support workforce is in crisis. The service needs of Arizona’s members aren’t being fully met due to a lack of Direct Support Professionals. Services are even being provided temporarily by family members whose need for relief is not being fulfilled. Endeavor HCBS is a trusted resource in the I/DD community offering a solution to the DSP workforce crisis with our team of vetted, trained, and respected Direct Support Professionals to fulfill the needs of Members. Endeavor HCBS is passionate about offering services in the manner we would want our own loved ones cared for. We are inclusive. We celebrate multiple approaches and points of view. We believe in neurodiversity. Therefore, our Care Coordinators work hard to recruit and develop each Endeavor Direct Support Professional. Our DSP hires are trained with essential disability knowledge, ethical practices, and learn the significance of longevity, independence, and inclusion. We’re always growing our network of people, professionals, programs, and tools to help our Members.
