ENDEAVOUR CONNECTIONS Ltd is a provider of Entrepreneurial Coaching and Training that engage entrepreneurs in a process to through which they establish Practical Strategies with Measurable Indicators that will help manage and track growth in their businesses. We are a solution based, results oriented firm that provides entrepreneurs with a framework that helps them work through their business goals and align the business model and systems to the goals; and a platform on which to monitor and evaluate achievement of the goals, making necessary re-alignment along the way. The Entrepreneur Hub; eHub, is our Business Incubator process through which we provide support for entrepreneurs by providing tools that help them clarify their Strategic Goals, define their Business Processes and determine the Systems that will help achieve their goals. With proper business processes and systems aligned to clear goals, we partner with the entrepreneur to track their progress and make necessary adjustments through the year.
