Bettina Enderle, the partner of Enderle Environmental Law, is a highly specialized German attorney at law for environmental law issues including litigation. She is experienced in planning, defending and advising various types of infrastructure projects and industrial installations. Further, she has in-depth knowledge of the product and waste laws of the EU and Germany including chemcials, biocides and fertilizers. She established her boutique law firm for environmental law in 2014, after almost 14 years with a magic circle law firm, where she led the German environmental law practice. Advice on infrastrucuture projects includes in particular motorways, roads, power plants and rewenable energy projects. With regard to industrial installations she has advised e.g. paper production, cement, waste incineration plants, underground gas storage sites and refineries. Our expertise at Enderle Environmental Law relates to standalone environmental advice and litigation as well as input to M&A transactions and financing. We represent our clients e.g. in (permit) proceedings at the relevant authorities or adminstrative German courts, the German Constitutional Court and the European and the European Court of Justice.
