Energia Group Corp

Energia Group Corp is a cross-border venture builder and operator focused on regulated industries (health & wellness, smart-city infrastructure, sports & tourism, and innovation programs). We design bankable, compliant projects, mobilize qualified suppliers and capital, and run delivery with enterprise-grade S & OP, legal, and logistics—bridging U.S. capability to Brazilian municipal needs. How AFIIM fits in By incorporating AFIIM (Agência de Fomento à Inovação Industrial dos Municípios) into our operating model, EG adds a public-interest innovation engine and Triple-Helix orchestration (government + industry + academia). AFIIM structures municipal programs, governance (councils/boards), and open-monitoring for transparency. EG converts those programs into executable projects: vendor diligence, compliance, financing strategy, implementation, and KPI tracking. Verticals & Programs Health & Wellness (Cannabinoid Access & Education): physician education, compliant patient pathways, international sourcing, pharmacovigilance. Smart Cities & Infrastructure: sanitation and waste, energy/underground grids, intelligent mobility, and digitized public services with dashboards. Sports, Tourism & Community Assets: beach-sports centers, events, and destination development tied to local economic uplift. Innovation & Talent: university-linked labs, municipal innovation challenges, and tech-transfer pipelines. Operating flow (policy → patient/citizen) Design & Governance: AFIIM frames priorities with city halls and universities; EG engineers the project and funding stack. Compliance & Sourcing: EG vets U.S./Brazil suppliers and regulatory paths (ANVISA, import/export, AML/KYC, LGPD). Logistics & Fulfillment: International shipping, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery
