Our people are well versed in issues relating to ARRA, Buy American. Davis-Bacon, and a host of other compliance hurdles that often have to be dealt with. While many retrofitting companies migrated to retrofitting from electrical contracting when the economy slowed down, E+E founder John Noel got into this business because he wants to make a difference. He comes from a family history of high profile environmental activism.
