Relationship with multilateral funds, Banks and several international private funds. Supporting Venture Capital and IPO in energy investment. Equity/Debt structuration advice. M&A evaluation and performing. Supporting on technical and technological decision, reviewing design, commissioning, implementation, execution, supervision, management of projects, bidding and quoting support with the addition for more strategic issues such as creating or updating business plans, due diligence, utility regulation and contractual advising. Expertise in thermal power plants, energy production, energy savings, substations, BOP, electrical motors experience of developing solutions to complex business challenges.
