Energyz Black is a non-profit organization established to support black talents to start, grow and thrive in the UK Energy & Sustainability Industry. We've set out to build a close knit community that champion a paradigm shift for promoting black excellence in the energy sector, a platform for a unified voice to represent black interests and provide perspectives on transformation to further encourage the participation of black professionals in the energy sector at large. Our 3 key thematic areas (Get Hired, Swift and Collab Quest) help achieve increased representation in the sector, address systemic barriers limiting growth and promote excellence through mentorship, skills acquisition, advocacy, and collaboration.
