Engage Insight Ltd (EI) is a performance consultancy that works with public and private sector organisations to deliver measurable improvements to a range of business objectives. We are focused on developing the quality of the organisation's human capital through a range of methods including workshops, coaching, multi-media and shadowing. Our approach is very "hands-on" and recognises that behaviour changes can come as a result of prolonged skills development. We tend to work with senior management and have structured a compensation formula where we are rewarded for meeting the objectives set for the project. Successful outcomes attract fees enabling organisations to transfer a portion of the financial risk to the provider. EI is structured to provide support for behavioural change to ensure successful RDR compliance. EI practices corporate responsibility to ensure our activities comply with statutory obligations and related legislation. We donate a percentage of all profits to academic research and selected up-skilling programmes for the continued professional development of individuals and organisations affected by regulatory change.
