At Engage Warsaw we have two aims – make public services more human and connect service designers across Poland. How we do it? We organize jams, workshops and talks to reach officials working with public services and educate them about the value of service design. Together with various NGOs we run short term projects – they give us a challenge, we assemble a design team and deliver solution. We bring together service designers, user experience practitioners and researchers to exchange knowledge and discuss issues related to service design implementation. How can I get involved?
