Engaged is a specialist company formed and headed up by Justin Bettey. After spending over twenty years in the "responsible sourcing" industry and working closely with companies, suppliers and employees, Justin, via Engaged wanted to use his knowledge and experience to support those that needed insight, guidance and support in the often complex, contradicting and challenging world of responsible sourcing. Whether it is discussing with the board room the business case for sourcing responsibly, introducing the subject of human rights to suppliers or working with employees to voice their aspirations, Engaged can support.
