Since 1984, Engaging Presence has directed leadership development programs, coaching and training leaders to build their capacity to authentically engage staff, customers and stakeholders, increase performance and bring out more spirit at work. We guide clients to increase the impact of their communications and presentations, improve team effectiveness, and convey strategy in compelling ways. We increase creativity, adaptability and collaboration, by using a combination of approaches drawn from business strategy, systems thinking, human relations, and performing arts. Our approach is fresh, innovative and grounded in our twenty-five years experience consulting in leadership development. We create learning environments to build skills while encouraging insight, deep change and fun. Our clients are organizations where strong relationships with customers and staff are vital including health care, engineering, education and high tech. Experience: 25 years of experience working with clients in engineering, health care, government, academia, high tech, and not-for-profits. Extensive international experience running projects on four continents. Designed and directed an innovative university Graduate Program in Management.
