Concept through Implementation - As referenced above, we can bring a napkin sketch or idea to life, and bring it to completion, whether that means single items or fully automated and qualified production- Design - If you have a product, fixture idea, widget, etc, we can create all documentation and 2D/3D CAD models for you. Manufacturability can be key, and with many years of experience (mostly in Medical Device) we can suggest or help with design approaches that will save time and money- Fabrication - We can take our designs, or yours, and build them to exact specifications. Examples include: Machining, Welding, Painting/Coating, and Assembly- Small Run Manufacturing - If you are not set up to manufacture your product, we can help. For very small runs, or initial run manufacturing, we have the ability to set up in our facility- Contract Work - If you need help in starting or improving manufacturing lines. We can provide ideas, game plans, phases, and/or improvements that can make the difference in profitability.
