ESCINC provides comprehensive set of services in information technology and Civil Engineering areas (NDE, geotechnical (soils), asphalt, concrete). In addition, ESCINC has a construction division providing project management and construction design/build services to commercial entities and federal agencies. ESCINC's core competency is in providing support services to federal agencies. ESCINC currently performs on multiple year IDIQ support contracts providing State-of-the-art R&D efforts, Program Management, Laboratory Management, IT Services, and other incidental support functions.
