Enginuitty was founded on the belief that a technology company in the Caribbean could both run profitably and create sustainable socio-economic impact. We hold ourselves responsible for contributing to the collective development of the nation, in both the short- and long-term. While the Caribbean is wonderfully diverse and full of potential, its people face real, daily challenges. Public infrastructure is limited, service delivery is less than ideal and income inequality is widening, leaving behind those who are underprivileged and underserved. These challenges, which affect millions of people and businesses, inspired our founders to build a company with a digital focus that could deliver both positive returns as well as progressive social impact. At Enginuitty, we believe in the power of technology; and in its ability to change lives. We also believe technology should be accessible and affordable to everyone, everywhere. Our mission, therefore, is to expand the availability of technology to improve the everyday lives of ordinary people. We will leverage technology to deliver reasonable, reliable services that fulfil the needs of all citizens. Further, we believe anything is possible. There are no limits. Central to this idea is the principle of more. We intend to build a great big world – a digital ecosystem of services. The purpose of this world is to help our customers expand theirs. To achieve this, we lead with value, delivering more every day, in every way, to ensure each citizen gets more out of life.
