Career resources for multilingual professionals - especially non-native English speakers living in countries where English is a rare and valued skill. Our site allows job candidates to create a portfolio to showcase their English language fluency. In addition to allowing for upload of a local language resume, our we enable job candidates to optionally upload additional documents to demonstrate their English skills, including an English-language resume, test scores, writing sample, and letters of recommendation. Also, in order to register for the site the job candidate must record an "elevator pitch" video in which he describes his education, experience, skills and motivation in English. The profile that the candidate creates is visible without logging into the site and is exportable as a URL. The job candidate may embed the link is his linked profile, or include it in a resume or cover letter.
