Engtech is also an accredited dangerous goods consultancy who specialise in assessing and licencing the storage and handling of- Class 1 Explosives and Security Risk Substances (ammonium nitrate products)- Class 2 (flammable, toxic, inert, and oxidizing gases)- Class 3 (flammable liquid) and combustible liquid - Class 4 (flammable solid, spontaneously combustible and “dangerous when wet” substances)- Class 5 (oxidizers)- Class 6.1 (toxic substances)- Class 8 (corrosives)- Class 9 (miscellaneous dangerous goods and articles) In addition to performing DG assessments and licence applications, Engtech also assist our clients with project management, engineering services, technical writing (Emergency Response Plans, Explosives Management Plans, and Security Plans), drawings, site inspections, and concept development. Engtech was one of the first consultancies to gain accreditation by the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS), and has operated in Western Australia for over 25 years.
