G G Baker & Associates was formed in 1968 to provide totally independent advice and publications. Initially this concentrated on Micrographics but all current activity relates to Mallorca Leading reference works published by the consultancy have included the Micrographics Year Book, A Guide to COM, A Guide to Microfilm Readers & Reader-Printers, A Guide to Microfilm Production Equipment, Microfilm & Video Systems Magazine, The DIP Yearbook and the Micrographic and Optical Recording Buyer's Guide. A website for users of information management hardware, software and services was launched in and was the first in its field. The main current activity of the partnership is the constant improvement of a web-directory covering all aspects planning and enjoying a holiday in Mallorca at but a book about Mallorca - a combination of a biography of a leading expat resident and a guide to places of interest away from the tourist traps - has been a great success on Kindle where it can be found under "Enjoying Mallorca"
