We are a holistic wellness practice that offers integrative and accessible services for mind, body, and spirit for clients ages 3-older adulthood. We specialize in offering the highest level of mental health counseling, training and consulting, and holistic health and wellness services that Worcester County has to offer. Our staff are all licensed, board certified, and trained in providing exceptional care to our clients, and we offer evidence-based treatments that have been proven to be strength-based and effectiver for sustaining overall wellness. Beyond our excellent clinical program, that includes diagnostic evaluations, psychological testing, individual/family/couples/group therapy, expressive arts therapy, and case consultations and trainings, our health services include massage therapy, reiki and energy work, reflexology, hypnotherapy, pranic healing, acupressure, Chinese herbal medicine, and yoga and bodywork interventions. We are accredited with many major insurance carriers and are a preferred provider by BCBS of Massachusetts.
