Once upon a time, there was a shy, little girl about 12 years old. She grew up unsure of herself, confused about who she was and depressed. During this time, she saw phrases and quotes like “you are loved” or “you are beautiful”. These seemingly insignificant words gave the little girl hope. They kept her going through dark times. During the pandemic, she saw depression and suicide rates skyrocket and felt compelled to take action and make a difference in her own way. That’s when she started ENSPIRd in 2020. ENSPIRd’s mission is to spread love and kindness by creating a one-stop shop for all things inspirational, including recently adding life coaching services. 5% of net profits will go towards the non-profit Mental Health America. Decades later, the once shy, little girl, is now founder and CEO of ENSPIRd. Elly is also a Board Certified Coach who hopes to lift others up and have a place for others to come when they are looking for some inspiration for themselves or others.
