Enterprise Properties

We are seeking brokers with whom to work to locate properties in particular sub markets, with emphasis given to Oklahoma, Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, and other low income tax states with diversified economies. Additionally, we seek multifamily investment in the Southwest, Southeast, and Rocky Mountain areas. We would invest in distribution facilities, factory conversions, condominium conversions, distressed multifamily, short sales, notes, and multi tenant retail or industrial.
