Enterprise Resources is just what the name means: Enterprise: is "a business venture," like a frozen yogurt enterprise. It requires a lot of determination, hard work and the steady belief that people will love your yogurt. People will say you show extraordinary enterprise for your willingness to take on such a challenging project, meaning you have initiative and drive. Resources: is any personal talent or outside supply that can be tapped for help or support. ERI started as a company that trained local talent into entry-level SAP professionals; we still do this. We then grew into an SAP and other Enterprise-level software recruitment firm providing tested, experienced professionals – providing functional consultants knowledgeable in both the client's industries as well as functional ERP modules. We have now expanded into offering the training, Human Resources services, quality and ethics consultations and Statistical Management consulting to all others as separate services.
