Enterprise Security Consulting and Training is an agile security solutions, investigative and consulting firm headquartered in Rochester, NY. Founded by Owens F. Shepard in 1998, E.S.C.T. began as a NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services approved security guard training school which conducted training for security guards from all over Western New York. In 2010 Mr. Shepard decided to shut down the training business to concentrate on other business interests. In 2017, along with his wife Lakisha, Mr. Shepard re-opened the business to offer not only training for security guards but security patrol and investigative services. Enterprise Security Consulting and Training is a NYS licensed, bonded and insured Private Investigator Firm.
