Founded in 2018, Enterstate Capital, Ltd.(“Enterstate”) is a private real estate investment and capital markets firm with two primary business lines: A. Equity Capital Raise Business: Capital markets business focused exclusively on placing equity in real estate transactions in the US. Our exclusive focus on equity, as opposed to debt, provides us an edge in the market, as we have been able to foster relationships with a large network of investors that are active in the real estate equity market B. Co-GP Principal Investing: Principal investments business focused on providing Real Estate GP Equity to sponsors managing Joint Venture partnerships, across multiple investment strategies. We retain the right to provide the GP equity if we are able to also source the Joint Venture Equity for the deal, providing much needed equity solutions to real estate sponsors Typical equity structures include Real Estate Joint Venture Equity, Co-GP Equity, Preferred Equity, and Operating Company Equity We have relationships with some of the largest and most sophisticated investment groups in the world, including private equity real estate funds, life insurance companies, and pension funds, as well as with discrete “under the radar” family offices and private investment firms.
