Entheos String Quartet Magdalena Valcheva - Violin Cesare Zanfini Ferraresi - Violin Patrizia Messana - Viola Cristiano Frisenda - Violoncello Founded in 2016 in Italy, the Entheos String Quartet is dedicated, with passion and enthusiasm to a creative research of string quartet expression and virtuosity. Since September 2016 the Quartet is attending the High Specialization course for String Quartet at the International Academy "W.Stauffer" of Cremona in the class of the Quartetto di Cremona. Since the establishment of the ensemble, The Entheos String Quartet has taken lessons and masterclasses with important musicians as the Quartetto di Cremona at the Master4Strings 2016 Summer Academy, Iris Juda at Garda Lake Music Master 2016, Hatto Beyerle, Johannes Meissl (Artis Quartet), Evgenia Epstein (Aviv Quartet), Josef Kluson (Prazak Quartet), Anita Mitterer (Quatuor Mosaiques), Petr Prause (Talich Quartet), Jan Talich (Talich Quartet) at the prestigious seminar ISA Prague-Wien-Budapest 2016 and Rocco Filippini. As a guest ensemble, the quartet has participated to the session of ECMA (European Chamber Music Academy) in Bern under the guidance of Partick Judt, Corina Belcea (Belcea Quartet), Sergei Ostrovsky (Aviv Quartet) e Minna Pensola (Meta4 Quartet). The Entheos String Quartet has performed in Italy, Austria and the Principality of Monaco. The Quartet is also invited to take part in the project "Le dimore del Quartetto" by the ADSI and Piero Farulli Association. The Entheos String Quartet has been invited as a quartet in residence and chamber music lecturer at the Summer Academy at Castelnuovo di Porto in early September 2016.
