ENTIMIO is a brand created to foster Italian artisanal Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) by rewarding authenticity, traceability and sustainability. We promote environmental as well as supply chain sustainability through our pricing policies. We reward exceptional producers with premium prices and name recognition, so they have the financial means and the incentive to strive for the best. We select only a few batches of the highest quality EVOO from select producers, crafted with artisanal care from Italian olives cultivated in small family groves. All our EVOOs have a harmonious organoleptic profile with a pleasant green fruitiness, well-balanced bitterness and pungency and a wealth of antioxidants. The excellence of our EVOOs was recognized at the 2018 NYIOOC with two gold and one silver awards.
