The UK’s first real estate company to promote and market energy efficient properties Enviro Estates heritage dates back to 2007, just before the introduction of the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). The EPC laid the foundations for our philosophy of promoting energy efficient homes, only marketing properties for sale or to let which have an EPC rating of an “E” or above. Since then we have expanded our environmental services range from eco-friendly property renovations to environmental consultancy and selling environmentally friendly products through our Enviro Naturelle brand. Enviro Estates also has an enviable reputation marketing UK residential and commercial real estate to an international client base through our China Desk. Our unique focus is marketing both pre-owned homes and new developments to Mainland Chinese and Hong Kong property buyers and investors. With a direct presence in Hong Kong, we have built up close contacts with active Hong Kong and Mainland Chinese investors undertaking regular shows and events as well as webinars.
