In late 2015, Charter Brokerage, a BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY unit, bought Envirocleanse to increase its size and scope. The flagship of Envirocleanse is the EPA-registered disinfectant known as Envirocleanse-A (the “A” stands for Anolite).
