Environmental Risk Analysis

Mr. Parent is a LSP with more than 15 years of direct experience in site investigation and remediation. Mr. Parent was responsible for a majority of the due diligence activities conducted by his previous employer since January He has been the account manager for numerous lending institutions as well as the regional sale person. Mr. Parent has conducted and/or managed over environmental assessment projects in over 20 states, and has the educational and work related background to earn the designation as an Environmental Professional (EP) in accordance with the All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) regulations. Mr. Parent has managed over 500 subsurface investigation projects involving the advancement of soil borings, installation of groundwater wells, excavations, and soil, air, and groundwater sampling throughout the northeast, NY, NJ, SC, and TX. Mr. Parent is also a Licensed Site Professional (LSP) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Parent has recently ventured off on his owned and has formed a company Environmental Risk Analysis. Environmental Risk Analysis is sole a "desktop" review company servicing the commercial banking industry. Performing "desktop" review in cost effective and timely manner. Mr. Parent has also formed a sister company (Environmental Risk Advisors) to perform higher end due diligence services. Environmental Risk Advisors can also assist client with site assessment and remedial activities to achieve regulatory closure. In addition, Environmental Risk Advisors will assist in indoor air quality (mold, asbestos, and lead based paint) assessments and abatement.
