Envision USA LLC is a start-up company created to be involved in ethical and profitable industries defined by the founder as well as future members and investors. To start we are a general contractor focusing on the residential remodel industry, and a business formation and marketing firm. A strange combination I know but these are the things I am experienced at and passionate about. Being a single member LLC the company right now is driven by my experience which is extensive in the construction industry with 25+ years in all phases of the industry. My experience starts in the electrical industry where I am a WA State 01 Journeyman Electrician, commercial and residential job foreman and project manager, a general contractor in the 90's to early specializing in residential remodels and commercial tenant improvements, a framer in the late 80's to early 90's, A project manager and business owner throughout the until today. Through out these years I was also plumbing, siding, doing interior trim work, building cabinets, finishing sheetrock, painting, and anything else that needed done on my projects. That is my construction industry experience. Business formation and marketing I am college educated in this area I started and ran a couple successful companies which I ended up selling and a few not so successful companies, I ran a successful retail business for 15 years, I founded and ran a successful international import/export seafood wholesale business, Another general contracting business that was a victim of the housing crash, an online retail business that did ok for a while but just wasn't enough to keep me interested it bored me, through all this I have learned a great deal, this experience and knowledge is what I am putting into Envision USA LLC to make it a successful and profitable company with the flexibility to evolve along with the rapidly changing world
