EPFC Asset Management is a boutique investment advisory company specializing in alternative investments. EPFC was established in 2013 and is an independent owner-led firm focused on development and implementation of market-neutral investment strategies. The firm's predecessor Europe Finance — a company formed in 2010 as a hedge fund services business, — became a lead CIS consulting firm with multiple industry awards & nominations including HFM Week European Hedge Fund Service Awards, International Hedge Fund Awards and many others. In 2014, EPFC expanded into the investment advisory business by beginning to offer its core clients Fixed Income Event Driven strategy. In 2017, following several years of intensive research into the structure and behavioral patterns of the bond market, the company launched Fixed Income Arbitrage strategy based on systematic detection of mispricings in a universe of several thousands unique securities. EPFC Investors include primarily family offices and high net worth individuals from Europe & CIS. The company also provides fixed income research services to US-based investment companies. EPFC Asset Management is a Cayman Islands Limited by Shares Company registered by Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA). Since 2019, EPFC has been headquartered in Yerevan, Armenia.
