Epic Community Impact Fund is a diversified asset manager and real estate private equity firm. We invest capital into affordable housing projects, small businesses, renewable energy projects, historic real estate rehabilitation, and community development projects through federal and state incentive programs. We also provide debt and/or equity investments in low-to-moderate income communities. ECIF is a select group of successful real estate investors, entrepreneurs, private equity firms, and institutional investors. We provide investment capital, strategic advice, and mentoring to new developers and minority-owned general contractors to help them achieve market leadership. ECIF seeks deal flow from community-based organizations and real estate development projects located in underserved communities. Epic Community Impact Fund manages our investor’s capital according to stringent guidelines established by Opportunity Finance Network, the leading network of community development financial institutions. Security is provided by the pooled risk that a fund provides, loan loss reserves, permanent equity, and by subordinated debt investments.
