EpicRide™ is a superior indoor cycling experience that takes place in a huge, specially-designed state-of-the art studio that is 100% dedicated to indoor cycling (originally called Spinning®). EpicZone™ will help you shed fat and build muscle, while having fun, so that you will look fantastic and feel even better. Unlike any other fitness modality anywhere, EpicZone™ is live, coach-led, on-demand metabolic resistance training that will help you reshape your body with a daily variety that delivers a full-body workout with emphasis on a different body part every day plus glutes and abs every day in an effective and super-efficient 30-minute format.
