Our Story We are a team of enthusiasts - combining experience, knowledge, interests, ideas and strategy in implementation of innovative IT projects. We started in 2010 as independent consulting freelancers living in different countries, dealing with the implementation of DoE projects and experiments. Recent years of changes in IT technology, strategies for positioning services and costs reduction influenced our decision to unite our experiences and combine them into one – Episcode company. Our strategy is to provide specialized services in the field of programming, implementation and infrastructure, security and cybersecurity. In addition to the implementation of international projects, we conduct training tailored to the needs of our clients. Therefore, we believe that with such a business model we are heading towards the promised land. We understand we need to pivot and help our clients with a more holistic solution for growth. During the research, we discovered different programming methods and languages, whether implementing custom on-prem or cloud solutions, and we were convinced that we knew a lot in the changing digital landscape. During subsequent realizations of more complex projects, we were told: “No. We don't want to understand the issues that are delaying our applications. We don't want to wait for Vendor ticket based support. We need several solutions - which will effectively support our design and operational businesses”. We realized that technologies, security, cybersecurity, software languages, including Ruby promoted by us, and in addition Ruby improved by our expert - REALLY knows its buyers' personality and we had a lot to do since then. Thankfully, when we went to an exclusive Inbound event in 2022, we came across a salesperson who told us "No". After years of hard work and commitment, our co-founder Marcin had the opportunity to walk up to him and say,"Hey, by the way, Episode is now a Software Solutions partner."
