Established in 2002, Essel Propack Americas is located in the heart of Southern Virginia in the city of Danville. Our facility features a sqft manufacturing plant that is equipped with the latest Swiss technology of compression molded tubing lines with capacity of 850 million tubes per year. Our in-house injection molded lines produce a variety of caps and closures. We offer various diameters, headstyles and closures made in-house to meet your packaging needs. From aluminum and plastic barrier laminates, to custom web structures, Essel offers something special for your unique product. We employ in-house graphics and design departments and a new product development team to bring product ideas to life. This allows us to take a brand’s concept from an idea to reality delighting our customers and helping them grow their product line. We produce laminate tubes for a range of markets including Beauty & Cosmetics, Pharma & Health, Oral, Home and Food industries. As leaders in the packaging industry, we are able to produce the largest and most versatile selection of plastic and laminated tubes internationally.
