Epsilon Photon

Epsilon Photon develops and manufactures advanced meta-optics devices for high-performance beam shaping and dispersion control used in imaging, sensing, and laser applications. We work with OEMs and OBMs to deliver meta-optics–based solutions that address efficiency losses and footprint constraints. Our technology leverages nanoscale light-matter interaction to achieve optical performance unattainable with conventional bulk optics or phase-only planar optics. We follow a structured three-stage process—design, prototype evaluation, and wafer-scale production—and partner with established nanofabrication facilities worldwide to optimize performance, timelines, and cost from early design through production.
