EPTO Nutrition by Gina was created from a deep desire to support others through health difficulties and enrich the lives of others. At EPTO Nutrition we are passionate about tailoring our nutrition plans to the unique genetic make-up, life stressors and dietary influences of the individual. We do not adhere to a particular type of diet or supplements and assess each clients needs first. What we feel we do best at 'EPTO by Gina' is to constantly reassess and challenge dietary perceptions; looking at the science and utilising latest research to provide our clients with the most well informed strategies to support their health and thus promoting a more joyful and meaningful life. At EPTO Nutrition we work with individuals, we provide corporate packages to help organisations promote wellness to their employees and we offer schools workshops and seminars to teach children the importance of nutrition and self-care.
