EQ for kidz is on a mission to cultivate vital emotional intelligence and social skills in children ages 4-12, alongside with the support of their parents. Within this important relationship in the early years, young children learn practical life skills including self-awareness, communication, resilience, and empathy. EQ for kidz builds emotional intelligence skills through mindfulness activities and interactive games, by forming a firm foundation when it matters most. Our founder and EQ expert guides young children how to Recognize, Understand, Label, Express and Regulate (R.U.L.E.R.) their emotions. Susanna also coaches parents with proven tools and techniques to become lifelong ‘Emotion Coaches’ for their children. CONNECT: Guide parents to become lifelong “Emotion Coaches”, connecting in a more meaningful and positive way with their children. EMPOWER: Give children emotional and social skills training in the early years in order to become successful, happy and healthy adults. THRIVE : Improve parent-child relationships and create a more peaceful, loving home environment. Along with providing individual and small-group training programs based on the latest research, EQ for kidz also facilitates parent workshops and teacher trainings on communication, empathy, and self-regulation at international schools and throughout the community.
