EQ Maine provides mental health counseling and health education. Serving individuals, couples and families - Children and Adults. Integrated Clinical Counseling: This traditional approach thoughtfully, creatively weaves together various theories and guides you on your journey to discover the influences behind your thoughts, feelings and actions. Our Rural School's Initiative: Working in Partnership with Rural Schools, EQ Maine provides screenings, individual, family and group counseling, case management and novel psychoeducational workshops for students and their families. Our services focus on harnessing personal resources to foster resilience, knowledge, and personal authenticity by providing easy and timely access to services.
