Welcome to EQ4Kids Kenya. I am a certified Emotional Intelligence Tutor and work with children from the ages of 4 to 10. Emotional Intelligence has become more important than ever in our ever changing world. Children are facing more challenges in their environments. How do we help? I help them develop emotional awareness, Identify emotions, describe feelings, teach them to control and manage their emotions, give them an understanding about what causes feelings and coping tools to help them better navigate themselves and their relationships, be it socially, through school and within themselves.
