EQUA Mead Learning Trust is a family of like-minded schools, that collaborate to provide mutual support, share best practice and learn from each other, whilst retaining and developing each school’s individual and distinctive character. We believe every child has the right to an inspiring and fulfilling education and we seek to improve the life chances of all those we serve; therefore, we make it our mission to give ‘Every Child, Every Chance’ of success. EQUA Mead Learning Trust is a group of good and outstanding schools, providing excellence in education for children in Wiltshire, aged 2-19. Our strength lies in our passion to make a difference on a daily basis to the lives of young people. Each of our schools has its own distinctive ethos and values, and we share core values and beliefs. Our primary schools are the foundation, and in every church school we cherish and embrace the Christian distinctiveness, ethos and unique nature of the schools, so all children in the trust flourish through a culture of nurture. School improvement is at our heart, we are always seeking ways to improve through effective working partnerships, to raise aspiration by providing exciting opportunities and enhancing strong academic outcomes through a holistic approach. We know that by working together, within a formal structure, we are able to create a sustainable educational partnership that can work to produce strong outcomes to increase social mobility for disadvantaged learners and provide positive pathways through school and beyond.
