Focused on making a real difference to the people that we work with and their organisations, equalta undertakes a wide range of assignments which involve consulting, facilitating, training and coaching. Feedback from our clients suggests that they value, in their words, clear strategic thinking, appropriate challenge and truly individually centred support. A common theme running through all our assignments is that the individuals and organisations that we work for are looking to change something in what they do or how they do it. We focus on providing all our clients with meaningful, innovative and creative and sustainable approaches for their specific issues. We pass on our approaches through our teaching a few weeks a year to MSc students at EDHEC Business School in France and Warwick Business School in the UK.
