Through the medium of equine assisted learning (working hands on with horses) Equest creates powerful learning experiences which engage people cognitively, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Equest embraces the concept of Embodied Leadership, an experiential approach which results in effective and lasting change. Equests designs bespoke development interventions for teams, leadership and culture change programmes and also offers coaching to all levels of management and leadership. Equest is based near Marlborough in Wiltshire but can also work locally to clients according to need.
