Whenever we are in disbalance, we are not living a full life. Something is missing, or something else is too much. We are not in flow and we struggle to be and do our best. Equilibrea was created to help companies and individuals regain their balance, their equilibrium, in each area of life Equilibrea's team consist of certified and highly experienced Mindfulness and Meditation teachers. Our main goal is to create the ultimate Mindfulness and Meditation experience for our clients. We work with corporations and we are also partnering with and offering Mindfulness and Meditation classes and workshops at a variety of meditation, fitness and yoga studios, and at private events.
